OKORUWA E. KENNEDY
Group Chairman/CEO

Okoruwa E. Kennedy is a renowned businessman of high repute with vast experience in the Real Estate Industry and he is the Chairman of the Board of PREIL. Prior to his appointment as the chairman of the Board, he was the Managing Director of Wisdom Properties Limited.

He is a graduate of Thymes Business School, Singapore and an Alumnus of Lagos Business School. He is currently undergoing the highly revered Chief Executive Program (CEP) of the Lagos Business School.  He has also attended various professional trainings and seminars which include The Project Management College, UK, The Nigerian College of Administration and Chartered Institute of Administration. His professional experience spans over fourteen (14) years. He has also pioneered and managed many successful businesses with valuable experiences as Chairman/Managing Director. These include CCO Properties Nigeria Limited, Trinity Laundry Nigeria Limited, Macmarine Engineering Works Limited and Handsworth Limited.

   
 

CHUKWU INNOCENT
General Manager, Administration

Chukwu Innocent is a graduate of Accounting from University of Port Harcourt and a Master's degree holder in Personnel Psychology from University of Ado-Ekiti. Sequel to his appointment with PREIL as General Manager, he was in the employ of NAGODE GROUP a multifaceted multinational as Regional Manager to control South-South and South-Eastern Markets. 

He has vast experience in resources management and administration which spans over 17 years. He was a consultant at PFE Limited with interest in entrepreneurship and micro-finance. He also left his foot prints at Spectra Nigeria Limited, a beverage manufacturing company as the Admin/ Human Resource Manager.  He currently performs the oversight functions of all activities relating to site acquisition, logistics and development.

 

 

 

OLUSESI AKOREDE BOYEJO 

General Manager, Technical

Olusesi Boyejo hails from Ijebu-Ode in Ogun State. He studied Architecture at Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta where he obtained his Higher National Diploma (HND) in 1992 with honours as the most academically proficient student. After his national service (NYSC) in Yobe State in 1993, he was employed by the State Government as a Higher Technical Officer (HTO) in the State Ministry of Works and Housing.

He joined AOI Associates and Architectural Practice in Ibadan in 1997, before proceeding to the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife where he obtained a B.Sc (Arch), 2004 and M.Arch in 2006. He concluded his Masters as the overall best student. He was offered admission on merit by the National University of Singapore (NUS), where he completed a Masters Program in Project Management (MSc, PM) in 2007. He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA).

 

 

FRIDAY MICHAEL  

Chief Finance Officer

Michael Friday is an Accounting Graduate from the University of Lagos (1990) and obtained a post-graduate diploma from the Institute of Business Administration (London) (1984) and a diploma in leadership from Word of Faith Bible Institute (WOFBI). He left the services of Nigerian Tobacco Company (NTC) now taken over by British America Tobacco (BAT) as the Finance Services Manager after 21 years of meritorious services.

Prior to this, he had severally served in the capacities of Financial Accountant, Commercial Accountant, Treasury & Exchange Control Accountant.  He had anchored a business initiative in partnership with the Ojo Local Government, Lagos with the main focus of providing sanitary services with modern infrastructure to the community.

Before joining the PREIL team, he had established a business concern whose major focus is on mining, quarry operations and other exploratory activities in both the Nigerian Extractive and Construction Industries. He is presently the  Chief Finance Officer of the Company.

 

IBIKUNLE IWALEWA
Deputy General Manager,

Business Development

Ibikunle Iwalewa holds a Bachelors Degree in English Studies (1991) and a Masters of Business Administration (2001) from the University of Ado-Ekiti. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). 

A very resourceful and versatile human resource practitioner with over 15 years working experience, he had served in diverse working environments spanning the manufacturing, the maritime and the financial sectors of the economy before joining the PREIL team.

He had worked in SGS Inspections Services Nigeria Ltd as Human Resource Analyst and in City Express Bank as the Head of Human Capital Management before it was taken over by UBA Plc as a result of the recapitalization policy of the Federal Government. He currently manages our Business Development desk.

 

ASOLOKO YUNANA RAPHAEL 

Head, Infrastructure

Mr Asoloko Yunana Raphael Graduated with a Second Class Lower Degree in Building Construction from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1983.  He started his working career in 1985 with M/S Rotech Nigeria LTD, a building and civil engineering company which was based at No 1 Apollo Crescent, Jos Plateau State. He also worked at Abeokuta Steel Company (ASCO) Ltd, UBA Plc, and Crown Estate (along Epe Road Lagos) in various capacities in management of construction projects. 

Over the past 22years of his working career, he has gathered various skills through training and experience that gives him good advantage to excel in his work. Amongst the notable projects he participated actively are but not limited to:

  • Construction of 10 units of Broilers’ houses for Brewery And Agro-Allied company farm, Zalaki , Jos-Plateau State.
  • Construction of area offices at Kaduna & Jos for UBA Plc.
  • Construction of Raw Material & Sintering Plant at Ajaokuta Steel Complex
  • Facility Management of UBA Plc corporate headquarters, 57, Marina, Lagos
  • Rehabilitation and completion of Yakubu Gowon International Airport, Jos, Plateau State.

He is currently the Head of our Infrastructures.

 

YETUNDE OGUNEDINA

Project Manager

Yetunde ogunedina hails from Ogun State, had HND in Architecture from Ogun State Polytechnic now Moshood Abiola Polytechnic Ogun State.

Yetunde has acquired hands-on skills and experience in the process of designing architectural projects from conception to closure, site supervision and 3D Rendering. She had worked with Arc Design Practice and Building Plus, Technical Information Consultant as a Project Architect where she handled several projects. She has a six-year working experience in the field.  She handles the layout design for the prototypes in our Estates such as Crystal Garden, Rehoboth, and Cedar. Her experience in project management is quite sizeable.

A very resourceful architect, she is presently the Project Manager for our Cedar Garden Estate along Agabara, Atan Cemetry Road, Igbesa.  Prior to her appointment as project manager, she had served as Head of our Architectural Unit.
