OKORUWA E. KENNEDY
Group Chairman/CEO

 

Okoruwa E. Kennedy is a renowned businessman of high repute with vast experience in the Real Estate Industry and he is the Chairman of the Board of PREIL. Prior to his appointment as the chairman of the Board, he was the Managing Director of Wisdom Properties Limited.

He is a Graduate of Thymes Business School, Singapore. He has also attended various professional trainings and seminars which include The Nigerian College of Administration and Chartered Institute of Administration. His professional experience spans over twelve (12) years.
He has also pioneered and managed many successful businesses with valuable experiences as Chairman/Managing Director. These include CCO Properties Nigeria Limited, Trinity Laundry Nigeria Limited, Macmarine Engineering Works Limited and Handsworth Limited.

 

 
   

OLAYINKA OMOLERE
Executive Director/COO

Olayinka Omolere, with over twenty six years hands-on experience, is an astute and a versatile human resources management consultant. His experience spans through banking, training and management consultancy, human resources management, business support and incubating industries to mention but a few.

Before joining PREIL, he was the Managing Consultant/CEO of Kings Highway Nigeria Ltd. Prior to this, he had worked in various capacities as the Senior Consultant to Espera Global Corporation, Senior Business Development Manager in the then Prudent Bank Plc (Now Skye Bank) and UBA.

He holds a Masters Degree in Managerial Psychology from the premier university – University of Ibadan. He is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIBN), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), and the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). He is also a member of the Nigeria Institute of Training and Development (NITAD).

He is currently the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of PREIL. He drives and directs the Company's strategic goals, planning and execution.

CHUKWU INNOCENT
General Manager

Chukwu Innocent is a Graduate of Accounting from University of Port Harcourt and a Master's degree holder in Personnel Psychology from University of Ado-Ekiti. Sequel to his appointment with PREIL as General Manager, he was in the employ of NAGODE GROUP a multi-faceted multinational as Regional Manager to control South-South and South-Eastern Markets.

He has vast experience in resources management and administration which spans over 17 years. He was a consultant at PFE Limited with interest in entrepreneurship and micro-finance. He further left his foot prints at Spectra Nigeria Limited, a beverage manufacturing company as the Admin/ Human Resource Manager.
He is saddled with the responsibility of overseeing the Business Development and Strategy Department to enhance and bring the company's vision to fruition.

 

 

 

 

AFOLABI OLADELE
General Manager(Operations)

 

 

 

 

Afolabi a holder of M.Sc degree in Architecture from Obafemi Awolowo University.
Afolabi has acquired highly specialized skills and experience for about 10years in the process of managing, supervising and designing architectural projects all over Nigeria.

He actively coordinated the architectural work in the Mass Communication Department language Laboratory for Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ceddi Plaza Abuja, CBC Towers Lekki, Lagos and numerous residential projects in Lagos and Ibadan.

He is currently responsible for managing all our site operations activities and ensuring timely qualitative delivery of all ongoing projects.

 

OLUSESI AKOREDE BOYEJO 

General Manager [Technical]

 

 

Olusesi Boyejo was born in Ibadan, Nigeria in March 1969.He hails from Ijebu-Ode in Ogun State of Nigeria. An architect and project manager by training. He began his career in architecture at Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, obtaining a Higher National Diploma [HND] in 1992 with honours as the most academically proficient student. After his national service [NYSC] in Yobe State in 1993, he was employed by the government as a Higher Technical officer [HTO] in the state Ministry of Works and Housing.
He joined AOI Associates, an architectural practice in Ibadan in 1997, before proceeding to the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife where he obtained a B.Sc [Arch],2004 and M.Arch.,2006.He concluded his Masters as the overall best student. He was offered admission on merit by the National University of Singapore [NUS], where he completed a masters in Project Management [M.Sc, PM] in 2007.

His professional experience of over twelve years in the built environment, involved the design and construction management of various building projects which includes residential, commercial, religious and institutional projects etc.He is involved in some research works in architecture and project management and has also attended various seminars, symposia and conferences.
Olusesi Boyejo is a graduate member of the Nigerian Institute of Architect with associate membership in view.

 

 

 

 

JOSEPH BANJO AGBOOLA
Chief Financial Officer

 

 

 

Joseph Banjo Agboola, had his Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from the Lagos State Polytechnic in the year 1998. He has his MBA from Lagos State University specializing in International business.

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in year 2000; he is also an associate member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) Chartered. He is also an Alumni member Lagos Business School (LBS)- (Senior Management Programme).

He has wide professional working experience that spans over 15 years in Aviation industry, Trading organization, Engineering and lately Real estate management. He is revered for his numerical ability and passion for details.
He presently functions as our Chief Financial Officer [CFO].

 

 

 

 

ASOLOKO YUNANA RAPHAEL 

   Project Manager

 

                                        

 

Mr. Asoloko Yunana Raphael Graduated with a Second class lower degree in Building construction from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1983.

He started his working career in 1985 with M/s Rotech Nigeria Ltd., a Building and Civil Engineering company which was based at No. 1 Apollo Crescent, Jos Plateau State. He  also worked at; Ajaokuta Steel Company (ASCO) Ltd, UBA Plc, and Crown Estate (along Epe Rd, Lagos) in various capacities in management of construction projects.

Over the past 22years of his working career, he has gathered various skills through training and experience that gives him good advantage to excel in his work. Amongst the notable projects he participated actively include but not limited to:

  • Construction of 10 units of Broilers’ houses for Brewery And Agro-Allied Company farm, Zalaki, Jos-Plateau State.
  • Construction of Area offices at Kaduna & Jos for UBA Plc.
  • Construction of Raw Materials & Sintering Plant at Ajaokuta Steel Complex.
  • Facilities Management of UBA Plc corporate headquarters, 57, Marina,Lagos.
  • Rehabilitation & completion of Yakubu Gowon International Airport, Jos, Plateau state.
  • Etc.

COLE, DANIEL A.   

Head, Business

 Development & Strategy

 

 

 

He is an alumnus of the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) where he bagged Higher Diploma in Business Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management Technology in 2001, he also holds a Nigeria Certificate of Education in Business Education from the Federal Polytechnic, Oko in 1992.

Since his Graduation from college about 16 years ago, he has worked in various fields of Marketing/Sales, Business Development, Accounting and Administration at different management levels to garner the much required experience for the challenge of leading the marketing team of PREIL.

Prior to his appointment, he left Offshore Capital and Assets Investments Ltd, a Finance and Management consulting firm as Investment/Business Development, Manager in 2004 to join Frajend Investment Limited, the brand owners of Frajend Motorcycle, as the General Manager.

He is an Associate Member of Nigeria Institute of Management (AMNIM); Student Member of the International Professional Managers Association, (IPMA) UK.

He has attended several leadership and marketing training, courses and seminars.

 

 

 

 

IBIKUNLE IWALEWA
Human Capital Manager   

                              

 

Ibikunle Iwalewa holds a Bachelors Degree in English Studies and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Ado-Ekiti. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM)

A very resourceful and versatile human resource practitioner with over 10 years working experience, he had served in diverse working environments spanning the manufacturing, the maritime and the financial sectors of the economy before joining the PREIL team

He manages our Human Capital Management & Development desk.

 

 

 

 

OMENE PRESLIN
Procurement and

Logistics Manager

Omene holds a bachelors degree in Marketing from the University of Calabar, Cross River State.
He has been actively engaged in strategic planning and Logistics with over 7 years of experience.

He is highly skilled in benchmarking competitor’s prices, products and services, project planning, implementation and logistics.
Omene is responsible for all procurement, material scheduling and works planning activities for our various projects.

 

AJAKAIYE HARRISON

Unit Head, Surveyor

 

 

 

Ajakaiye Harrison has HND in Land Surveying from Federal School of Surveying Oyo, Oyo state, Nigeria [1996-1998]. He further acquired PGD in Surveying and Geoinformatics also in the Federal School of Surveying Oyo, Oyo state [2005-2006].

He joined Allcad Consult Ltd. as a Surveyor in 2003. He later joined Digmap Service as a Surveyor in October 2007 before he left for Pentagon Real Estate Investment Limited in January 2008 to serve as unit Head of Land Surveying.

 

 

 

MICHAEL AHUNANYA

Company Sec/Legal Adviser

He obtained his LL.B (Honours) from the University of Calabar, Cross River State and was thereafter called to the Nigerian Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, having earlier been attached to the firm of TOS Benson & Co.

He did his National Youth Service at the Federal Ministry of Justice Marina, Lagos and at various times worked with the law firms of Messrs Niyi Olopade & Co. and Messrs Achukwu & Sani.

He later joined Dimars Industries Limited, a conglomerate with considerable interests in Steel, Finance, Transport and Civil Engineering, as the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser from where he resigned to join in the establishment of the firm of McPollos & Co.

In all he has over 13 years of richly diversified hands-on legal experience.

 

 

 
 

YETUNDE OGUNEDINA

Head, Architectural Unit

 

Yetunde Ogunedina hails from Ogun State, had HND in Architecture from Ogun State Polytechnic now Moshood Abiola Polytechnic Ogun State.

Yetunde has acquired a hands-on skills and experience in process of designing architectural projects from conception to closure, site supervision and 3D Rendering. She had worked with Arc Design Practice and Building Plus Technical Information Consultant as a Project Architect where she handled several projects. She has a six years working experience in the field and also exposed to Project Management.

She's presently serving as a Head of the Architectural Unit in the Technical Support Team of Pentagon Real Estate Investment Limited and currently designing layout designs for our Estates (Crystal Gardens, Rehoboth, and Cedar etc), prototype designs among others.

 
 

ADEOLA OREBANWO

Head, Marketing

Adeola is a Bsc. Degree Holder in Estate Management from University of Lagos. She worked as an Estate Surveyor with Rotimi Idowu & Co. after which she joined the Marketing Unit of Hexon Environmental Consultants and Engineers Ltd.

Prior to joining Pentagon Real Estate Investment Ltd., she was a Business Development Executive of Omega Savings and Loan Ltd. Her Marketing experience spans through Real Estate, Banking and Consulting.

She currently coordinates the Marketing Department of PREIL with emphasis on acquiring new customers and customer retainership through affordable and flexible housing schemes.

 

 
 

ADEDAYO ADEBIYI

Head, Quantity Surveying Unit

 

 

Miss Adedayo Adebiyi is a Graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State.  She obtained BSc. in Quantity surveying. A member of Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyor, she has worked with highly professional outfits like Pentagon Real Estate Investment Ltd, Dwelyn Construction Professionals, Dwelyn Consult, Post Housing Services Directorate (Army), Quaneer Associates , etc, where she acquired skills and experience in Quantity Surveying and contract (project) management through hard work and diligence.

Her qualities include strong interpersonal team building, communication skills, adaptability, customer focused and sound analytical skills. She is presently serving as the head of Quantity Surveying Unit of Pentagon Real Estate Investment Ltd.

 
 

IBUKUN ABORISHADE
Head, I.T Unit

Ibukun is a Graduate of Management of Information Systems from IMIS (Institute for the Management of Information Systems, London). She was awarded a Gold Medal for Outstanding Achievement in Database Development from IMIS.  She had her Diploma in Computer Science from Olabisi Onabanjo University alongside Certificate/Diploma in Information Systems Management, Aptech.

A holder of Professional Certificates ranging from MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional), MCDBA (Microsoft Certified Database Administrator) and CIW (Certified Internet Web Professional), Ibukun joined Kits Technologies as a Software Executive in 2003 before joining PREIL in May 2008 as Head of IT.

She is an Associate Member of the Institute for the Management of Information Systems, London and has attended several I.T related trainings/seminars.
